In vivo senescence imaging nanoprobe targets the associated reactive oxygen species

Abstract: A novel nanoprobe, named D3, has been designed to detect the highly elevated levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in senescent cells. Conversely, the non-senescent cells whose ROS level is too low to activate D3 signal remain optically silent.
