Mycobacterium avium complex infection in non‐cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis

Abstract: Chronic pulmonary aspergillosis in patients with bronchiectasis and coexisting MAC infection is a strong predictor of mortality. Cavitation within nodules and emphysema on HRCT at presentation were independently associated with mortality.
