Mycoplasma pneumoniae‐associated mucositis complicated by herpes simplex virus dissemination and Staphylococcus Epidermidis bacteremia

Abstract: Prominent mucositis with minimal or no cutaneous involvement in the setting of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection describes a clinical entity recently termed Mycoplasma‐induced rash and mucositis (MIRM).
