Pkd1 and Wnt5a genetically interact to control lymphatic vascular morphogenesis in mice

Abstract: Background: Lymphatic vascular development is regulated by wellcharacterized signaling and transcriptional pathways. These pathways regulate lymphatic endothelial cell (LEC) migration, motility, polarity, and morphogenesis.
