Abstract: Roth'i.a. N.L. fem. n. Rothia named for Genevieve D. Roth, who performed basic studies with these organisms. Actinobacteria / Actinobacteria / Micrococcales / Micrococcaceae / Rothia Coccoid , spherical, dipththeroid , filamentous mycelial cells, usually up to 1.0 µm in diameter.
