T’ai Chi and Qigong: Validated Health Benefits

Abstract: The ATCQA is a national nonprofit organization that promotes t'ai chi and qigong as types of complementary and alternative medicine to benefit health, and offers credentialing to instructors who teach t'ai chi and qigong.Endorsed by the Arthritis Foundation, this 2-disc DVD features Paul Lam, MBBS, FAMAC, a practicing physician and t'ai chi master, who provides step-by-step instructions on basic and more challenging movements and principles.
