xrdPlanner: exploring area detector geometries for powder diffraction and total scattering experiments

Abstract: xrdPlanner is a software package designed to aid in the planning and preparation of powder X-ray diffraction and total scattering beam times at synchrotron facilities. Many modern beamlines provide a flexible experimental setup and may have several different detectors available.
