Abstract:BACKGROUND: Femoral tunnel reaming through anteromedial portal, also known as transportal technique, allows for anatomic femoral tunnel placement in restoring anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) kinematics. This procedure may cause iatrogenic injury to the posterolateral structures of the knee.
