ICT training curriculum for primary school teachers

Abstract: The advancement of this modern day has required primary school teachers to utilize Information and Communication Technology (ICT) devices in the classroom. Therefore, it is imperative that teachers possess the skills to use ICT. Several studies have shown that teaching process (instruction) using ICT provides more optimal result for the students. “…Η ενσωμάτωση των ΤΠΕ στην εκπαιδευτική πρακτική των σχολείων αποτελεί ένα πολυσύνθετο φαινόμενο, το οποίο απαιτεί μακρόπνοο σχεδιασμό, δεδομένου ότι επηρεάζεται, τόσο από το εκπαιδευτικό πλαίσιο του σχολείου, όπως σημειώνουν οι(Neofotistos & Karavakou, 2018;Roussinos & Jimoyiannis, 2019), όσο και από το κοινωνικό πλαίσιο του σχολείου, όπως τονίζουν οι(Giavrimis, Giossi, & Papastamatis, 2011), εντός του οποίου οι εκπαιδευτικοί εντάσσονται και λειτουργούν.
