Identificação de mecanismos para a ampliação da transparência em portais de dados abertos: uma análise no contexto brasileiro

Abstract: Resumo Dados abertos governamentais (DAG) são aqueles disponibilizados de modo gratuito por entes governamentais e podem ser livremente utilizados, reutilizados e redistribuídos por qualquer pessoa. Os portais de DAG precisam atender a uma série de mecanismos para que a descoberta, a extração e o aproveitamento dos dados possam ser realizados de forma efetiva pela sociedade.
