Identification and characterization of a new variation in DPM2 gene in two Chinese siblings with mild intellectual impairment

Abstract: Introduction: Congenital disorders of glycosylation (CDGs) are a genetically heterogeneous group of metabolic disorders caused by abnormal protein or lpid glycosylation.
