Abstract:Introduction: Bile salt-activated lipase (BSAL) is one of the pancreatic lipases that plays a critical role in the digestion and absorption of dietary fats.
Objective: This study aimed to purify bile salt-activated lipase (BSAL) from bovine (Bos taurus) pancreatic tissue.
