Abstract: Tumors frequently harbor isogenic yet epigenetically distinct subpopulations of multi-potent cells with high tumor-initiating potential—often called Cancer Stem-Like Cells (CSLCs). These can display preferential resistance to standard-of-care chemotherapy.
