Abstract: Communicating accessory bile duct (CABD) is a rare anatomical anomaly of the bile duct and forms a biliary circuit. It is difficult to identify during laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) without the use of intraoperative cholangiography (IOC). A modified IOC, in which tube insertion was performed through the infundibulum of the gallbladder, was evaluated dynamically.
