Abstract:Porcine teschovirus (PTV) is a member of the genus Teschovirus in the family Picornaviridae. Several novel PTVs in Teschovirus were identified in our previous study. To elucidate the taxonomic status of the species and subtypes, PTV-positive samples were inoculated into porcine kidney (PK-15) and swine testicular (ST) cells.
