Materials and Methods Sample preparation and extractionTwo kilograms of limeberry (T. trifolia) fruits were collected from Pasar Mulya Village, Krui, West Lampung in October 2022. Then, it was dried by sun-drying for 8 hours and then oven-drying at 50 °C for 72 hours. After the drying process, it was ground to powder and kept for further used.
