Abstract:Bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) is a disease of chronic lung dysfunction. We combined Weighted Gene Co-expression(WGCNA) and single-cell RNA analysis (scRNA-seq) to identify the biomarkers linked to BPD. Two data were obtained by searching the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database with corresponding keywords, GSE190934 and GSE188944, the former for scRNA-seq and the latter for WGCNA.
