Identification of Cellulase Enzyme Involved in Biocontrol Activity

Abstract: Biocontrol agents produce lytic enzymes and cellulase is one of them to limit invasion of pathogen to the plants. Application of biocontrol agent in agricultural industry has enabled researchers to investigate cellulase enzyme activity. Bacterial source majorly challenges fungi phytopathogens.
