Identification of circRNA-lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA competitive endogenous RNA networks as prognostic bio-markers in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma

Abstract: BACKGROUND: Head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) is one of the most prevalent neoplasms of malignancy. The pathogenesis of HNSCC is involved in the change of gene expression and the abnormal interaction between genes.
