Identification of efficiency factors for inspection and quarantine clearance using an improved structural equation model

Abstract: Inspection and quarantine clearance efficiency is critical to port clearance effectiveness. It reflects the inspection and quarantine system's layout rational along with present and potential capacity; it provides a theoretical basis for the analysis of internal economic effectiveness.
