Identification of Industry Needs for Baccalaureate Hospitality Graduates: A Delphi Study

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to identify the knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) expected of students graduating from baccalaureate institutions conferring four-year degrees in hospitality management.
