Identification of key genes and signaling pathways in regulatory T cells with the knockout of IL23R

Abstract: IL-23R has been found to contribute to susceptibility to cancer such as leukemia. However, the mechanism of IL23R in Regulatory T cells (Tregs) of cancers is still unknown. Here, our objective is to identify the key molecules, biological processes, and signaling pathways by analyzing the RNA-seq data. The GSE197287 was created by the Illumina HiSeq 4000 (Mus musculus).
