Abstract:IL-23R has been found to contribute to susceptibility to cancer such as leukemia. However, the mechanism of IL23R in Regulatory T cells (Tregs) of cancers is still unknown. Here, our objective is to identify the key molecules, biological processes, and signaling pathways by analyzing the RNA-seq data. The GSE197287 was created by the Illumina HiSeq 4000 (Mus musculus). The gene enrichment analyses showed that autophagy and yersinia infection are the main signaling pathways in the Tregs with the knockout of IL2… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
