Abstract:The enzyme methylenetetrahydrofolate dehydrogenase-cyclohydrolase (MTHFD2) in the mitochondrial folate cycle plays oncogenic roles in different types of cancers; nonetheless, the function of MTHFD2 in tumor immunity and underlying mechanisms are unclear.
