Identification of nanoparticles and their localization in algal biofilm by 3D-imaging secondary ion mass spectrometry

Abstract: ToF-SIMS boundaries were pushed to enhance lateral resolution and mass resolving power for chemical imaging of nanoparticles in biological systems.
