“…The novel allele designations have been officially assigned by the World Health Organization Nomenclature Committee [61] . According to investigations the following 7 novel alleles were found: DRB1*03:56, DRB1*03:57, DRB1*13:102, DRB1*13:02:04, DRB1*13:103, DRB1*11:04:06 and DRB1*14:12:02 [62] . The allelic frequency distribution of the HLA-DRB1 locus in the Kazakh population of Tarbagatay region are shown in Table 3 .…”

“…The remaining allele, B*07:121 , differs from its most similar allele by two nucleotide substitutions that cause two amino acid differences. Note that new HLA alleles, two HLA‐A ( A*23:33 and A*33:41 ), six HLA‐B ( B*07:121 , B*15:216 , B*18:55 , B*27:74 , B*37:26 , and B*55:01:07 ), and previously described seven HLA‐DRB1 alleles ( DRB1*03:56 , DRB1* 03:57 , DRB1*11:04:06 , DRB1*13:02:04 , DRB1*13:102 , DRB1*13:103 , and DRB1*14:12:02 ) (4), were detected from six healthy Kazakh individuals.…”
