Abstract:The antimicrobial properties of copper have been reported, but little is known about the outer membrane proteins regulating copper resistance. In the present study, a sub-proteomic approach was utilized to investigate altered outer membrane (OM) proteins of Edwardsiella tarda in response to CuSO4.
