Abstract:Currently, the leatherback turtle population in Indonesia tends to decline. One of the factors that cause turtles' existence is the turtle eggs that fail to hatch because bacteria contaminate them, 80% of the reasons turtle eggs fail to hatch are due to infection by microorganisms found on the eggshell.
