Abstract:BackgroundClear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC), the predominate histological type of renal cell carcinoma (RCC), has been extensively studied, with poor prognosis as the stage increases. Research findings consistently indicated that the PI3K‐Akt pathway is commonly dysregulated across various cancer types, including ccRCC. Targeting the PI3K‐Akt pathway held promise as a potential therapeutic approach for treating ccRCC. Development and validation of PI3K‐Akt pathway‐related genes related biomarkers can enh… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
