“…There were also many other prey items that could not be identified with binocular. Various studies have reported 49 prey items (Charter et al, 2008) 172 prey items (Anushiravani and Roshan, 2017b) and 349 prey items (Gao et al, 2009) for common kestrel during breeding season. Considering the abundance of prey species, safe nesting sites and successful breeding; it is indicative that the ecological health at Sir Bani Yas Island is in favour of biodiversity, especially propagation of raptors.…”
