Abstract: Introduction: The Integrated Care and Support Solihull (ICASS) Programme was launched in 2014 and aims to deliver sustainable and high quality integrated health and social care services to the people of Solihull (a metropolitan borough in the West Midlands, England) through a long-term strategic approach.
