This chapter examines the unique challenges and opportunities in including and supporting gifted and twice-exceptional learners within international school environments. The author explores comprehensive strategies to enhance their academic and socio-emotional development, prioritizing personalization, belonging, meaningful and advanced learning experiences, to include all students, particularly those with exceptionalities. Key topics include intentional and differentiated instruction, specialized support services, an effective framework for talent development, and the fostering of a supportive school culture. International school leaders are highlighted as pivotal in implementing inclusive policies and practices that simultaneously address both academic rigor and socio-emotional development.
