“…In March 2022, the WHO and UNICEF launched the Ensuring Quality in Psychological Support (EQUIP) platform (http://www.equipcompetency.org; Kohrt et al, 2020), a freely available resource that aims to improve the competence of practitioners and the consistency and quality of psychological support training, supervision and service delivery. One of the EQUIP competency assessment tools focuses on core competencies for remote delivery of care (ENACT‐Remote; Pedersen et al, 2022) and could be used immediately by trainers and supervisors for identifying and removing potentially harmful behaviours and identifying and building helpful behaviours among practitioners (see Supplement for the ENACT‐Remote tool). Such implementation has been successful with similar tools in Jordan (Jordans et al, 2022).…”
