Identifying Lower Viscosity Intervals within Heavy Oil Accumulations

Abstract: In heavy oil accumulations, vertical variations in oil producibility are controlled by (1) vertical variations in reservoir porosity/permeability, and (2) vertical variations in oil viscosity.
