Identifying the oncogenic potential of gene fusions exploiting miRNAs

Abstract: BackgroundIt is estimated that oncogenic gene fusions cause about 20% of human cancer morbidity. Identifying potentially oncogenic gene fusions may improve affected patients’ diagnosis and treatment.
