Abstract: Atrial premature depolarizations (APDs) triggering atrial fibrillation (AF) originate from mainly the pulmonary veins (PVs), but, in some cases, atrial ectopic beats (AEBs) triggering AF originate from the right atrium (RA) or the superior vena cava.
