Identifying work-related factors influencing job satisfaction using job descriptive index questionnaire: a study of IT companies in Hanoi

Abstract: IT professionals’ job satisfaction is important in minimizing turnover, improving job performance, minimizing absenteeism, and increasing the level of job involvement.
