Idiopathic Chondrolysis of the Hip ( ICH): Report of three Cases

Abstract: Idiopathic Chondrolysis of the Hip (ICH) is a rare condition, occurring mostly in black female adolescence. It is characterized by the rapidly progressive destruction of articular cartilage in the hip joint resulting in premature degeneration and subsequent joint arthrosis.
