Idiopathic Chylopericardium in a Young Adult: Diagnosis and Management

Abstract: Primary idiopathic chylopericardium (PIC) is an uncommon cardiologic disorder; it is defined as accumulation of lymph in the pericardial sac without any know precipitating factor.
