Idiopathic endogenous lipid pneumonia: A case report of a young Syrian man

Abstract: Lipid pneumonia is pneumonia due to aspiration or inhalation of various oily or fatty substances. It can be divided into exogenous and endogenous depending on the source of the lipids.
