Abstract:A fibroadenoma within the male breast remains a rarely diagnosed entity. Though it was once believed that a fibroadenoma could not exist within a male breast, this has now been demonstrated as incorrect by several reported cases. Most have been in individuals with gynecomastia. There are only a handful of reported cases of men with a diagnosed fibroadenoma in the absence of gynecomastia.
