Abstract: Idiopathic Granulomatous Mastitis (IGM), or Granulomatous Lobular Mastitis (GLM) or simply GM (Granulomatous Mastitis) is a benign chronic and sometimes recurrent inflammatory process of unknown etiology, involving one or both breasts, commonly in women of childbearing age.
