Abstract: Harlequin syndrome (HA) is a rare pathology. It is manifested by isolated unilateral facial flushing (less often the face and limb), sometimes with concomitant hyperhidrosis and Horner’s syndrome. In most cases, this is an idiopathic condition with a benign course.
