Abstract: Idiopathic spontaneous lesser sac haemorrhage possibly due to endometriomaA 26-year-old woman presented to the emergency department with sudden onset generalized abdominal pain of 1 day duration. She denied a history of trauma, nausea, vomiting and infective symptoms including fever.
