Abstract: IgG4-associated cholangitis (IAC) is the hepatobiliary manifestation of immunoglobulin G4-related disease, which is an immune-mediated fibroinflammatory systemic disorder characterised by often elevated IgG4 serum levels and typical histopathological findings in affected tissues.
