Although Vinzent (2011: 213) has suggested that Ignatius’s language about the Lord’s Day accords with Marcion, Heil argues that one would expect more explicit focus on Marcion if Ignatius had Marcion in view (2018: 217; see similarly Paget 2012: 86-87).
