Abstract: Multiple myeloma (MM) is the cancer of plasma cells within the bone marrow (BM) and remains incurable. Tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) within the tumor microenvironment often display a pro-tumor phenotype and correlate with tumor proliferation, survival, and therapy resistance.
