Iliopsoas Impingement: A Report of 2 Cases

Abstract: Iliopsoas impingement is an under recognized cause of failed total hip arthroplasty. We report 2 cases of iliopsoas impingement resolution diagnosed with the aid of imaging techniques and fluoroscopically guided injection.
