Iliotibial Band Pathology: Synthesizing the Available Evidence for Clinical Progress

Abstract: The current paradigm of practice concerning insidious lateral knee pain involving the iliotibial band in repetitive knee flexion activities has been presented as iliotibial band friction syndrome since 1974.
