Abstract

majority of the listed music web applications supported the primary school 5thgrade music lesson achievements and that all of the applications were in English, except for one application, the rest were free. In the second stage of the study, as a result of the findings obtained from the opinions of music teachers about the use of music web applications in music lessons, they stated that the majority of their teachers knew / used these applications and they thought that music web applications supported primary school music lesson achievements. In addition, because teachers use these applications; They expressed it as "being fun", "making the subject to be handled more easily", "providing teaching by embodying the abstract achievements", "keeping the student's curiosity alive", "enriching the content of the acquisitions" etc. Negative situations such as the fact that the applications are paid and there is no Turkish language option, the teachers' inadequacy in using the applications, and the inability to use them offline were expressed by the teachers. Based on the results of the research, recommendations for practitioners and researchers were presented.
