ABSTRAK Permasalahan gizi buruk berkaitan dengan kekurangan gizi kronis, seperti stunting pada anak-anak yang mengakibatkan pertumbuhan yang terhambat. Berdasarkan data WHO tahun 2020, sekitar 149 juta (21,3%) anak di seluruh dunia mengalami stunting. Di Indonesia, berdasarkan data Riskesdas 2018, prevalensi stunting di Indonesia adalah sebesar 27,7%, atau sekitar 9 juta anak di Indonesia mengalami stunting. Berdasarkan hasil Survei Status Gizi Indonesia (SSGI) Tahun 2022, prevalensi stunting di Kota Depok sebesar 12,6%, sedangkan di Jawa Barat sendiri mencapai 24,5%. Upaya pencegahan dan intervensi, seperti program gizi, pendidikan gizi, dan dukungan pangan, menjadi kunci dalam mengatasi permasalahan gizi buruk. Pengabdian ini ditujukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan Kader Posyandu Flamboyan tentang gizi balita dengan memanfaatkan nutrasetikal daun kelor (Moringa olifiera). Kader Posyandu Flamboyan Kelurahan Cipayung Depok diberikan edukasi tentang stunting dan pelatihan pengolahan makanan bergizi dari daun kelor sebagai solusi nutrasetikal pendukung gizi sehat dan diberikan sebagai PMT saat penyelenggaraan posyandu. Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari pemberian edukasi terhadap tingkat pengetahuan tentang stunting dan pemenuhan gizi balita pada kader posyandu Flamboyan (sig 2-tailed<0,050). Kader Posyandu juga telah mampu membuat produk nutraseutikal daun kelor dan memberikan edukasi gizinya ke ibu-ibu yang memiliki balita di Posyandu Flamboyan. Manfaat gizi yang melimpah, ketersediaan lokal, dan kemudahan pertumbuhannya menjadikan PMT nutraseutikal Moringa oleifera sebagai alternatif bahan pangan dalam upaya mengatasi masalah stunting. According to WHO data in 2020, approximately 149 million (21.3%) children worldwide experience stunting. In Indonesia, based on Riskesdas 2018 data, the prevalence of stunting is 27.7%, with around 9 million Indonesian children affected. According to the 2022 Indonesia Nutrition Status Survey (SSGI), the prevalence of stunting in Depok City is 12.6%, while in West Java, it reaches 24.5%. Prevention and intervention efforts, such as nutrition programs, education, and food support, are key to addressing malnutrition issues. This community service aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of Flamboyan Posyandu cadres regarding toddler nutrition by utilizing moringa (Moringa oleifera) as a nutraceutical. Flamboyan Posyandu cadres in Cipayung, Depok, were educated on stunting and trained in the preparation of nutritious food from moringa leaves as a supportive nutraceutical solution. These products were provided as supplementary feeding during posyandu activities. Conclusion: There is a significant influence of education on the level of knowledge about stunting and nutritional fulfillment for toddlers among Flamboyan Posyandu cadres (sig 2-tailed <0.050). Posyandu cadres have also successfully created moringa nutraceutical products and provided nutritional education to mothers with toddlers at Flamboyan Posyandu. The abundant nutritional benefits, local availability, and ease of cultivation make moringa oleifera nutraceutical supplementary feeding an alternative solution to address stunting issues.
